FEES: Flat fee plus percentage of gross rents collected (determined by building). Surcharges may apply depending on conditions of buildings, status of receivables, and work contracted. Fees for large complexes will be evaluated based on the degree of involvement and are priced on a case-by-case basis.

What Does Real Asset Group Do For Me?

SCREENING PROCEDURES
• Income Verification (Amount)
• Employment Verification (Continues Probability)
• Credit Report Review
• Debt to Income Ratios
• Previous Landlord Verifications
• Home Visit to Check Living Conditions
• Prospective tenants are interviewed to collect information in the event collection or locating a tenant becomes necessary and to verify application information.
• Check local courts records to determine types and frequency of cases involving tenant.
• Recommendations will be made to owner to accept or reject application. Owners will be involved in every part of the decision making process.

STATEMENTS:
• Sent out monthly by Email or U.S.P.S. by the 15th of the following month following activity
• Mortgage can be paid by the owner or Real Asset Group
• Real Asset Group WILL NOT ADVANCE-FUNDS
• Mortgages are paid the month following activity. April Mortgage paid with March Rents, Ect.
• Annual 1099 sent for gross rents collected
• Annual summary statements sent as well as annual building statements.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES PROVIDED BY Real Asset Group-INCLUDED IN CONTRACT
• Periodic Inspections (Determined by Owner)
• Follow-Up on all service work performed
• Complete and submit tenant water billing agreements and follow up if water bill is not paid


All Landlords must be committed to maintaining their properties up to applicable housing codes
